From Glamorous to Fearlessly Bold: The Incredible Transformation of Toxii, the Woman Who Turned Her Body into a Living Work of Art

Toxii, a striking woman from Belgium, has captivated the world with her jaw-dropping body modifications—and now she’s revealing the stunning contrast between her past and present selves.

Starting her transformation journey just four years ago, the 31-year-old has completely reinvented her appearance through extreme tattooing, cosmetic surgeries like breast implants, and a daring surgical addition: sculpted “horns” on her forehead.

While her fierce look might intimidate some, Toxii embraces her new image with pride, saying she’s never felt more confident or truly herself.

Recently, she gave her followers a rare peek at the “before” — a glamorous photo showcasing shoulder-length blonde hair, a radiant tan, fluttery lashes, soft pink lipstick, and bold gold hoop earrings. The polished, classic beauty she once was now seems worlds away.

Today, Toxii rocks waist-length black dreadlocks, her face a dramatic canvas of black ink and permanent makeup. Her once-green eyes are now an intense jet black, enhanced by ridges implanted beneath her forehead skin that amplify her unique look.

Adding to her transformation, she’s split and dyed her tongue black and sharpened her teeth to silver points, completing a powerful and unforgettable appearance that defies convention and celebrates fearless self-expression.

Her transformation goes far beyond tattoos and horns. Toxii has reshaped and trimmed her ears and even had sculpted ridges implanted into her neck to elevate her striking look. But her passion for body art doesn’t stop there. She’s undergone genital modifications and embraced scarification—an intense art form where skin is cut, burned, or branded to create permanent, raised scar patterns.

One of her most extreme and talked-about transformations? The full removal of her nose—a bold move she proudly revealed to her Instagram followers.

Claiming to be the first woman in history to undergo this radical procedure, Toxii has sparked both awe and curiosity. But her journey hasn’t been without hardship.

In a candid conversation with street artist Devon Rodriguez, shared on Instagram, she revealed that the nose removal was even more agonizing than having her “horns” surgically implanted.

Before this groundbreaking surgery could take place, Toxii had to receive approval from both a medical doctor and a psychiatrist—highlighting the seriousness and complexity behind her radical body modifications.

But her most extreme change is her nose removal which she has proudly revealed on Instagram – and Toxii says she is still planning on making more changesInstagram / @toxii.bodymod

Although Toxii is clearly happy with how she looks now, not everyone feels the same. Some people on social media have voiced their concerns and opinions under her posts.

During her conversation with Devon Rodriguez, Toxii revealed that it took about eight weeks for her body to fully heal after the nose removal surgery.

Despite choosing to remove her nose, she admitted she couldn’t completely let it go—sharing a surprising detail that she keeps all her removed body parts carefully preserved in little jars.

When asked about her dramatic transformations, Toxii simply said, “I like to be imperfect, and I think that imperfections make you unique.”

However, not everyone is on board with her radical journey. Her Instagram posts have attracted plenty of criticism.

One commenter wrote, “You were so beautiful before. What on earth made you do this to yourself?”

Another questioned the pace of her changes: “I don’t understand how you can make these mods in such a short time. I believe these decisions should be made over a longer period to give body, mind, and soul time to adjust. Quick impulsiveness often leads to regret—just my experience, everyone’s different.”

And another viewer was moved to tears, saying, “Looking at the before and after photos makes me cry.”
